Today
Will be a good day. Starting out with some black coffee and oatmeal with blueberries. About to hit the gym then the thrift stores. And then homework all day….but I’ll make it a good one!

A note
This little “blog” (if you can call it that) of mine has recently take a turn towards health, fitness, cooking, etc.
I’d like to think that this creative online space mirrors what is going on in my life—and health is the name of the game right now.
I’ve tried everything else but I’ve found that eating well, sleeping at decent hours of the night, and exercising often is my recipe for success.
Everything should be taken in moderation, however, which includes health, exercise, nutrition, etc. Don’t think that I won’t be indulging in chocolate cake anytime soon. Because I will.
But for the moment, here’s to my healthy (but non-obsessively so) lifestyle.
